To ensure each property receives regular preventive maintenance, and because this maintenance takes time to complete, a staggered schedule is in effect. Each LPTA property is listed on the schedule, along with the date and description of the next scheduled preventive maintenance.

Phase I (see Preventive Maintenance Map below) was first done in 2003 and will be repeated in 2007.

Pressure Washing:

Pressure wash (5) buildings units include:

Painting:

Buildings (6011-6021) (6025-6033) / (6051-6057) , (6043-6049) and (6035-6041):

Paint all porch stoops, entrances, bay windows and door casings using one coat same color. Shutters are also to be included in painting.
