This page provides details on upcoming LPTA events. Meetings are held at the Lake Park Community Center, across from the clock tower. The regular board meetings are open to the public. All Lake Park Townhome residents are invited to the annual dinner meeting held each Fall at the Lake Park Community Center.

We try to schedule social events periodically, so we can get to know our neighbors. Any event suggestions are welcomed, and may be addressed to any LPTA board member.

Annual Meeting & Dinner

The LPTA has an Annual Meeting, and all Members of the Lake Park Townhome Association are invited. The last Annual Meeting of Members was held on Thursday, November 13, 2008, at 6:30 PM. Dinner was served at 6:30 PM and the meeting was held at 7:00 PM. The meeting was held at the Lake Park Community Center. The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect members of the Board of Directors from the membership, and allow the membership the opportunity to hear from and question the current officers and committee chairs about activities and goals.

Quarterly Board Meeting

At the quarterly meetings, the board discusses and decides LPTA matters. If you have an issue to bring before the board, please attend the meeting. All interested Townhome Owners & Residents are welcome.
