· HOA volunteers organize the annual Kite Festival in Founders Park on the 1st Saturday after the first day of spring.

 

· The HOA board also coordinates the annual Fall Festival in Town Center Park on the 3rd Saturday in October.

 

· HOA also promotes two homeowner yard sales every year, one in spring and the other in the fall.
